Jean said I’m not having a nervous breakdown / becoming a manic depressive / suffering from some other form of mental illness - yes, I checked. (And she should know, she’s a nursing sister opposite Maudsley so has seen a few).
Kimberly said it can be explained astrologically.
Gill said I should just do it, like she did recently. And its no big deal at all.
Hector was surprised it had taken me so long to do it.
And so I have just done it ….. and yep, I feel better already!
