So we went live as planned on Friday, on the date we decided back in December and only 2% over budget. This was the first phase of a major site refresh project, and I also believe we will go live with the second phase as planned in early October. That might come as a surprise to those who know that I am currently “managing” a large and commercially important web project at work.
